|Job Description: ||Dual position at Service Center as Dispatcher and in Call Center as Customer Care Specialist. Work hours will be divided between the two locations and positions. Duties include: Provide front-line technical assistance to users of Conway Corporation broadband communications cable television, VOIP phone, electrical, water, and sewer services. Receive, log and write up service request calls from customers and notify the appropriate service personnel. Monitor the grounds and buildings surveillance systems and notify proper authorities of security problems when necessary.|
