Digitally photographs commercial properties and edits photos for download into the CDX.
Inputs collected data into CDX software database.
Sorts and tallies daily record totals and forwards to the metro Project Manager.
Performs additional research on duplicated, deleted and properties not found in the market sector.
Performs routine audits to validate commercial property information in the CDX database or the Verified Sales database.
Performs other duties as assigned. |
| Preferred Qualifications: | Requires a valid driver’s license and proof of mandated state automobile insurance.
Ability to read and follow a standard city/street map.
Accurate keyboarding skills and minimum 35 wpm typing speed.
High school diploma or equivalent. |
