Black History Month Banquet
Pulaski Technical College hosted its annual Black History banquet on Friday, Feb. 27 at the college's Campus Center Grand Hall, located on the main campus in North Little Rock. Arkansas Court of Appeals Judge Wendell L. Griffen was the keynote speaker at the banquet.
