New students should mail or turn in all required documents to the Office of Admissions, located in the Campus Center on Pulaski Tech's main campus or to Student Services offices at the Little Rock-West or Little Rock-South locations. Students entering college for the first time must submit a high school transcript with graduation date or GED scores and ACT or COMPASS assessment scores no more than five years old.
Students who have previously attended college must submit official copies of transfer transcripts from all colleges or universities attended. A record of ACT or COMPASS scores is required if college-level math and/or English were not completed with a grade of "C" or better.
All students should submit proof of two MMR (measles, mumps and rubella) immunizations.
All Pulaski Tech students who have never attended any college are required to participate in new student orientation. Students should plan to attend a new student orientation session during the early registration period for spring from November 9 through December 10, 2010. Transfer students, non-degree seeking students and returning PTC students are not required to attend. At orientation, students will receive information about how to be a successful student and the services offered at PTC. Students will also meet with an academic advisor to develop a schedule and register for fall semester classes.
The payment deadline for students registering from November 9-December 10 is Monday, January 3.
