PTC welcomes ARBUG conference participants3/11/2010
The Arkansas Blackboard Users Group annual conference got underway Thursday and continues through Friday afternoon on Pulaski Technical College's main campus.
About 130 people from colleges and universities across the state will be attending the two-day conference, which offers workshops in instruction, pedagogy and best practices.
Ray Henderson, president of Blackboard Learn, is the keynote speaker.
