Student artists, actors and musicians will provide a sampling of their talents Wednesday at Pulaski Technical College's Fine Arts Festival.
The event will take place 5:30-8:30 p.m. Wednesday night in Room 153 of the Administration Building on the main campus.
The Pulaski Technical College Choir, under the direction of Jennifer Boccarosa, will provide a medley of holiday music beginning at 5 p.m. followed by a performance at 6 p.m. by students in music instructor Fred Williams' guitar class.
Artwork from students in the Drawing I and Drawing II classes will be on display in the Drawing Studio. The mixed media pieces include works in charcoal, chalk pastel and graphite. Also on display will be some artwork created by students in the 3-D design class, which was offered for the first time this semester.
Button-making for children will take place in the 3-D Studio, and hot dogs and refreshments will be served.
At 7 p.m. in the Black Box Theatre, theatre students will perform "Juvies," a short play based on a documentary that follows the life of teens.
The event is sponsored by the college's Division of Fine Arts and Humanities.
