College debuts new portal5/11/2009
An exciting new development in Pulaski Technical College's online service capabilities has now been unveiled and can be accessed at http://login.pulaskitech.edu. Students can access the new MyPTC portal by logging in with their current username and password.
Training for the new portal will be available on the following dates:
Tuesday, May 12, 10 a.m. Information Technology Center US Bank Community Room
Monday, May 18, 12 p.m. Campus Center Grand Hall A
A portal is a "gateway" that offers a broad array of resources. The portal offers a single log-in location that will allow users to access calendars, announcements, user groups and more. Students, faculty and staff can access Blackboard, Campus Connect and other online tools, and continuing student registration will also be routed through the portal. The transition to the portal will be a gradual one. Through the end of the semester, www.pulaskitech.edu will retain the links to which users have grown accustomed. Once those links are removed use of the portal will be necessary to access Blackboard and Campus Connect.
