Ninety-two Pulaski Technical College students are slated to be inducted into the Beta Zeta Omega Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa on Saturday, Dec. 8.
The induction ceremony begins at 10 a.m. in the Campus Center Grand Hall on Pulaski Technical College's main campus, 3000 West Scenic Drive in North Little Rock. All faculty, staff and students are invited to attend the ceremony.
The new members bring the chapter's total membership to 1,267 people since the chapter's conception in 1998.
Membership in Phi Theta Kappa, the international honor society for two-year colleges, is by invitation only. Each fall and spring, students who have a cumulative grade-point average of at least 3.5 and have taken 18 credit hours (non-developmental) toward an associate degree receive a letter of invitation.
