Interruption in computer services may occur Monday as the information technology department begins moving network equipment to a new location.
The move will take place between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday, when the college is closed for faculty and staff to attend the Arkansas Association of Two-Year Colleges conference.
Some services will be unavailable for periods throughout the day. Services affected may include WebCT, Campus Connect, Plato, and network access to the Internet and printers.
"I understand that this is an inconvenience for everyone, but we have outgrown the space we have been using to house this equipment," said David Durr, dean of information technology. "Moving the equipment will help us provide reliable service in the future."
