Community and Continuing Education is offering a Fitness Boot Camp with Jeff
Vaughn this semester. The camp offer challenging workouts designed to increase
aerobic fitness, strength and flexibility.
Classes will take place 5-5:30 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the Fitness Room or Campus Center foyer from Sept. 2 to Nov. 19. Classes will accommodate every fitness level, and nutrition assistance will be provided to those who want to change eating habits.
Participants may attend as many or as few sessions as they want throughout the semester. To register online, click here.
