New student registration for the spring 2014 semester at Pulaski Technical College began Nov. 4 and will continue through Jan. 9.
Classes begin Jan. 13.
Prospective students should submit an application for admission online by clicking here and submit all required admissions documents as soon as possible. First time college students- those who have never attended any other college or university-must apply and submit all required admissions documents no later than January 3, and must meet minimum reading requirements for admission. Early appointment registration will be held from November 4-January 6. Late walk-in registration will be January 7-9. Students should plan to register early for the best course selection.
Some students may need to submit ACT or COMPASS scores. The COMPASS test is administered in the Campus Center on the Main Campus at 3000 West Scenic Drive, on a walk-in basis from 8:30 a.m.- 6 p.m. Tuesdays; 8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Wednesdays, and 9-11 a.m. on the first Saturday of the month. Students can also take the test at the college's Little Rock-South site at 13000 Interstate 30 on Thursdays from 8:30 a.m.-6 p.m. The test fee is $20.
Payment by financial aid, a payment plan or in full is due January 9. Students also should apply early for financial aid because aid can take four to six weeks to be awarded after receipt of all required documentation.
