Arkansas gubernatorial candidate Asa Hutchinson will visit Pulaski Technical College in North Little Rock at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 18, in the U.S. Bank Community Room on the first floor of the Information Technology Center. This is first in a series of "Meet the Candidate" events the college will host during the spring 2006 semester.

Hutchinson is a former United States attorney for the Western District of Arkansas, U.S. congressman from the Third District of Arkansas, director of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration and the first-ever under secretary of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Before entering a career in public service, Hutchinson practiced law in Fort Smith for 21 years.

Students, faculty and staff are invited to attend.
