Microsoft is Pulaski Tech's email service provider. Microsoft is currently upgrading their email service. Some Pulaski Tech email users are currently experiencing problems accessing their email during this upgrade period.
This problem should be temporary. Users accessing their email through the Microsoft Outlook client software should experience little or no disruption of service. Users accessing their email through a Web-based application may need to provide additional log-in information. Further instructions will be provided as soon as possible.
The new email service is a part of an upgrade to Microsoft Office 365, a cloud-based means for all students, faculty and staff to access the entire MS Office Suite. College Information Services staff are working diligently to avoid unnecessary inconvenience.
