Culinary Arts programs receive re-accreditation2/8/2013
Pulaski Tech has been granted a five-year initial accreditation for its Associate of Applied Science in Baking and Pastry and a seven-year re-accreditation for the Associate of Applied Science in Culinary Arts.
The Culinary Arts degree program was awarded "Exemplary" status. PTC's program was among the 77 out of 239 accredited schools to be named an Exemplary Program.
Exemplary Programs symbolize the highest educational standards recognized by the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation Accrediting Commission (ACFEFAC). The award is presented to programs that have proven full compliance with all ACFEFAC accreditation requirements in the last visiting team report along with excellent management of the program.
