Chef Roland Mesnier, a longtime executive pastry chef for the White House, will visit Pulaski Technical College on Monday and speak to Arkansas Culinary School students beginning at 10 a.m. Monday in the Campus Center Grand Hall, on the college's Main campus.
The presentation is free and open to the community.
Chef Mesnier's career as White House executive pastry chef began in 1979 when he was hired by First Lady Rosalyn Carter. He retired from the White House in 2004. Since then he was written several cookbooks, and he travels extensively, giving speeches, judging pastry competitions and participating in fundraising events and book signings.
