Pulaski Tech chefs and students received several awards Sunday night during the American Culinary Federation's 2012 Chef Ball, held in the Campus Center Grand Hall on the main campus.
Chef Bob Wolf, general manager for dining services at Pulaski Tech, was named Chef of the Year. Terri Johnson, who works full-time on campus as a sous chef while attending culinary school, was named Sous Chef of the Year. Douglas Spharler was named Student of the Year and received the Warren Eyman Memorial Scholarship. Also Chef Jamie McAfee, a culinary instructor, received the Todd R. Gold Award.
