Some students taking online courses at Pulaski Tech will experience a change when the college's distance learning platform, Blackboard, is upgraded to version 9.1 in January.
Training sessions will be offered on the main campus on January 10, 11 and 12 at the top of every hour from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. in IT 302.
An online tutorial is available here.
Some instructors began piloting the new software prior to the current semester, so many students are already familiar with Blackboard v.9.1. While many functions will remain the same, the appearance of the new version will be different and users will benefit from reviewing the changes to the functionality of the software.
Assistance will be available to students 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling 866-588-3194, or by e-mail at email@example.com.
