Following a short program at 6 p.m., guests will be entertained by a performance by the Diamond State Chorus. The Pulaski Technical College Arkansas Culinary School will serve heavy hors d'oeuvres during the festivities.

According to preliminary reports released by the Arkansas Department of Higher Education, Pulaski Tech is now the fourth largest institution of higher education in Arkansas.
