Pulaski Technical College's Aerospace Technology Center will host an open house on Saturday, July 30, for people interested in learning about educational training opportunities in aerospace.
The open house will take place 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at the Aerospace Technology Center, at 1600 W. Maryland Ave., next to the North Little Rock Airport. Admission is free, and free hot dogs and hamburgers will be provided.
Attendees will be able to talk with instructors, tour the center's hangar and training facility and learn about admission and enrollment.
The college offers an Associate of Applied Science in Aviation Maintenance Technology and certification programs in aircraft maintenance, avionics/electronics technology, CATIA, and flight training.
The college's Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) certification program is a Federal Aviation Administration-certified school for students interested in obtaining Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification required for performing aircraft maintenance.
