New student registration for Summer I, Summer I extended and Summer II semesters will take place May 24 - 26 at the Pulaski Tech main campus in North Little Rock and at the Little Rock South site in I-30 at the Pulaski and Saline County line. The Summer I extended semester is for classes held evenings and online only.
New students can also register for summer II 2011 only on June 27-28.
Prospective students can find more detailed information on application and registration procedures on the college website here.
The college welcomes students from four-year colleges and universities who wish to take classes in order to transfer Pulaski Tech credits to other institutions. The Arkansas Course Transfer System website here offers a convenient way to ensure that credits will transfer successfully.
Current Pulaski Technical College students can now register online for summer and fall courses. Registration began in April and will continue through Thursday, May 26 for summer I, summer I extended and summer II classes, through Tuesday, June 28 for summer II and through Wednesday, Aug. 10 for fall 2011.
New student registration for fall 2011 is July 6 - Aug. 10.
While current PTC students are not required to be advised before registration, academic advising is recommended for all students. Advisors can help students clarify their educational and career goals, understand their degree plan and assist with choosing classes for a successful semester. Transfer students, non-degree seeking students and returning Pulaski Tech students are not required to attend orientation but are required to meet with an academic advisor prior to enrolling in classes.
Payment is due on the day of registration for students registering for summer classes. Students registering during early fall registration from July 6-August 3 must have submitted a signed financial aid award letter, paid in full or established a payment plan by 4 p.m. on Wednesday August 3, 2011 in order to secure their registration. Students registering for classes during late registration must pay by 6 p.m. on August 10.
