PTC celebrates Mardi Gras on Tuesday3/3/2011
Pulaski Technical College will celebrate Mardi Gras on "Fat Tuesday," March 8 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. in the Campus Center Grand Hall. The PTC Arkansas Culinary School will serve funky music with a side of red beans and rice. That's all attendees need to -as they say in New Orleans- laissez le bon temps rouler!**
** That's "let the good times roll," for the uninitiated!
