|Job Description: ||This Arkansas Energy Office (AEO) member is responsible for assisting the Energy Efficiency Arkansas (EEA) Coordinator in managing the cash funded Energy Efficiency Arkansas Program. Energy Efficiency Arkansas (EEA) is a partnership between the Arkansas Economic Development Commission's Energy Office and Arkansas's investor-owned electric and gas utilities and electric cooperatives through a ratepayer funded program approved by the Arkansas Public Service Commission. Implementing the EEA program involves outreach, including conference and media coordination, marketing and promotional activities, coordinating and developing training programs throughout the state, maintaining the program website, and preparing various program reports. The Facilitator reports to the Outreach and Training Program Manager.
Knowledge of federal and state grant funding procedures.
Knowledge of state and department policies, procedures and guidelines.
Ability to evaluate information and prepare narrative reports.
Ability to analyze and conduct research.
Ability to develop reports and schedules with applicable software.
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping.
Knowledge and skilled in Microsoft Office.
