PTC to host STEM, nanotechnology colloquium

Pulaski Technical College's Division of Math and Science will host a "STEM and Nanotechnology Opportunities" colloquium on Friday for anyone interested in careers in science, technology, engineering and math.

The colloquium will take place 12-1:30 p.m. in the U.S. Bank Room, located in the Information Technology building on Pulaski Tech's main campus in North Little Rock.

Bryan Hill, assistant dean of student recruitment and international programs for the College of Engineering, and Thomas Carter III, assistant dean of Student Services and Student Affairs, will discuss classroom and laboratory experiences available in the UAF's College of Engineering. Specific recent nanotechnology laboratory developments also will be presented.

The colloquium is free and open to the public.
