Ten students at Pulaski Technical College Arkansas Culinary School have been awarded scholarships from the Arkansas Hospitality Association to continue their culinary studies.
The Arkansas Hospitality Association awarded $10,500 in scholarships to Pulaski Technical College students through the Arkansas Hospitality Education Foundation, a non-profit educational arm of the association.

The Arkansas Hospitality Association serves as an umbrella organization for the Arkansas Lodging Association, the Arkansas Restaurant Association and the Arkansas Travel Council. Members include restaurants, bars, hotels, lodges, resorts and other businesses related to travel, tourism and entertainment.
To ensure a well-trained workforce for the industry's future, the AHA offers education, training and professional development programs and resources to prepare workers for jobs in hotel and restaurant management, culinary arts and more.
"We are grateful to the Arkansas Hospitality Association for its generosity and for investing in our students," said Todd Gold, executive director of the Pulaski Technical College Arkansas Culinary School. "These students are on their way to successful culinary careers in Arkansas' hospitality industry."
Pulaski Technical College offers an associate degree in culinary arts, a 72-credit-hour program that prepares students for professional entry into the food service industry. Students may also pursue technical certificates in culinary arts or baking and pastry arts. Both are 30-credit-hour programs.
The culinary school is located at 4901 Asher Avenue in Little Rock.
Pulaski Technical College
