Pulaski Technical College celebrates Constitution Day

Pulaski Technical College joined organizations from across the country in observing Constitution Day on Monday.

The observance commemorates the anniversary of the signing of the U.S. Constitution on Sept. 17, 1787, and honors and celebrates the privileges and responsibilities of U.S. citizenship.

Pulaski County Clerk Pat O'Brien spoke to students in Instructor Johnny Dollar's Introduction to Politics class at 10 a.m. Monday in Room A-139 while representatives from O'Brien's office also manned a voter registration drive in the Campus Center foyer where students signed up to vote.
