PTC to host weatherization demo on Jan. 231/22/2013
Pulaski Tech's Weatherization Training Center staff will offer a free workshop on Wednesday, Jan. 23, about how to save money by weatherizing your home.
The workshop takes place 12-1 p.m. in the Campus Center Grand Hall and includes a pressure house demonstration and tips on weatherization plus information about the college's weatherization programs.
The first 20 students will get a home weatherization kit with items that can be used to lower utility costs. The kits, valued at $30, contain foam covers for light switches, low-flow shower heads, light bulbs and other useful items.
