Does Pulaski Technical College accept credit cards?

Pulaski Technical College accepts MasterCard and Visa credit cards for payments made at the cashier window. The credit card must be present at the time of payment. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted online via Campus Connect. Student ID and PIN numbers are required to access Campus Connect.

Where do I get my parking hang tag?

Parking hang tags may be picked up at the Business Office, Campus Center Building 200. Student parking permits expire annually on August 31. Permits must be displayed by hanging the tag from rearview mirror, with the tag number facing outward.

Students, faculty, and staff will be issued a parking hangtag at the time their vehicle is registered. The permit must be displayed by hanging from rearview mirror with tag number facing outward. When will I receive a check for my refund for tuition and fees?

Refunds are normally processed within three weeks after the completion of the official drop/withdrawal process. Checks will be issued and made payable to the student.

You may add or drop classes online each semester by the deadline dates listed in the Academic Calendar through your Campus Connect account. After the initial deadline for drop/add, you may no longer add classes and cannot drop classes online. However, to drop or withdraw by the final semester deadline, fill out and submit the appropriate form to the Student Services office at the North Little Rock campus, Little Rock-West or Little Rock-South.

When will I receive my work-study pay check?

Work-Study pay checks are disbursed by the Business Office according to the distribution schedule listed in the Payroll section. Students must present a picture ID to pick up their checks.

Where do I pay for a Public Safety fine?

A person receiving notice of a Parking or Traffic Violation is required to report to the Cashier’s Office, Campus Center Building 200, within ten (10) school days to pay the fees levied against him/her. Tickets not paid within ten (10) school days are subject to an additional penalty equal to the amount of the ticket.

When will my Financial Aid check (Pell, SSIG, SEOG, etc) be available?

Financial aid checks are disbursed at various times during the semester. Dates of scheduled disbursements are available on the Student Accounts/Cashier Web page on the Pulaski Technical College Web site. Students must present a picture ID to pick up their checks.

Does Pulaski Technical College allow installment payments for tuition and fees?

Pulaski Technical College offers an installment plan for the fall and spring semester only. Students must be enrolled in six or more hours or have $400 or more in tuition and fees, to be eligible for payment plans.

Can I have my refund direct deposited?

Pulaski Tech offers direct deposit into checking or savings accounts. Students may enroll in the direct deposit option through their Campus Connect account.

When I drop classes, how do I know if I should receive a refund?

Refunds are available in increments of 100% and 50%, for students who officially withdraw by the deadline date for each semester. Visit the Student Accounts/Cashier Web page on Pulaski Technical College Web site for a schedule of deadline dates.
