In addition to the main campus in North Little Rock, the college operates a location on Kanis Road in Little Rock, the Saline County Career Center in Bauxite, the Saline County Adult Education Center in Benton and the Aviation Maintenance Technology Center at the North Little Rock Airport.

The Pulaski Tech Business and Industry Center on East Roosevelt Road in Little Rock provides continuing education and customized training services for businesses, industries and individuals in central Arkansas. The Pulaski Tech Little Rock- South site will open in fall 2008 at the former location of the Little Rock Expo Center on I-30.
